A New Era:
From Body Composition to 3D Body Composition
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) has been around for over 50 years—and while it helped introduce the concept of body fat percentage to the masses, it’s based on outdated science and rough estimates. The fitness and health industries have evolved dramatically since then, yet many businesses are still relying on the same decades-old tools.
At Fit3D, we believe it’s time for something better.
People don’t just want a single body fat number—they want a complete picture of their health. They care about accuracy, visualization, and seeing measurable proof of change over time. That’s why we focus on 3D Body Composition—bringing together body fat, muscle, posture, and shape into one detailed, visual scan.
These are the tools that help gym operators sell more memberships, retain clients longer, and grow revenue. It’s about focus—and about delivering more than a number.
Our tools don’t just estimate progress; they map it in 3D. They show where change is happening, how it impacts overall health, and why it matters. It’s more accurate, more motivating, and more modern.

Our Story:
Why We Built Fit3D
The Inspiration
Greg saw his mother, Lynne, dedicating herself to improving her health with diets, workouts, and finally the right support from a nutritionist and trainer. Her transformation was real—stronger, healthier, and more confident.
The Challenge
Despite her progress, traditional tools—scales and outdated devices—failed to reflect her improvements. The numbers didn’t move, her motivation dropped, and eventually, she gave up.
The Realization
Greg recognized what those tools couldn’t show: the day-to-day changes in shape, posture, and overall health. He realized two things: real progress comes with professional guidance, and people need better ways to see it.
The Mission
That’s why Greg built Fit3D: to give fitness and wellness businesses the tools to motivate members and prove real results. Today, that mission continues through SNAP—the next generation of 3D body scanning.
